No social atmosphere

Only use of common areas seems to be Zoom meetings for work with volume turned all the way up.

Residents don’t mingle here like I’ve experienced in high rises and downtown locations of larger cities, or in smaller towns. There really aren’t any amenities or nearby attractions either. Lots of events downtown Kirkland and Redmond but you’ll need to drive.
