Unattended Running Vehicles  

Several tenants warm up their vehicles in the morning, unattended, in the parking garage!

 

Some days I can barely breathe when walking into the parkage area. The air sensor indicates dangerous (over 100ppm) levels of CO. More than one tenant does this, although this chump does it every day.

How high is too high for CO levels?  

I pulled the data sheet for the air sensor device. The data sheet suggests the “High” indicator is triggered at 100ppm of CO. A quick AI query reveals this data regarding CO levels:

Who is supposed to be managing this property?  

Thrive Communities is unaware because they don’t proactively show up and manage the property. They roll in around 10am to relax in the leasing office and pretend to work, having no meaningful impact over the property or operations.
