Lobby and Hallway Smells

• Hallways and package area smell like stale wet dish rag and dirty laundry hamper

• Often use overpowering cover-up scents throughout common areas

• Cleaning occurs at least weekly but does not resolve the smells

• Smoking. Residents smoking on property and leaving cigarette butts on the ground

  

• In the summer residents prop their doors open so the cooler air from common area air conditioning will enter their apartment. Lots of kitchen smells including strong spices and burnt food.

• Rug left in lower lobby for days reeking of pet urine

  

• My neighbor pours cleaning solution under my fence. The smell is so strong I have to close my patio door until it dries. I choose not to engage with him because prior experiences with him indicate a hostile and mentally unstable person.
