No AC in units
No garbage disposals (seriously?)
The Bloom Kirkland Experience Thermostats don’t work properly even after maintenance (I purchased my own space heaters)
Low quality appliances and fixtures throughout
Flimsy dishwasher — The drawers on mine ram into the outer seal such that I have to shake the dish drawers side to side to close them.
Luke warm water (kitchen and bathroom) that takes upwards of 2-3 minutes to get warm
Bathroom top drawer only 2 inches deep; no cabinet
Kitchen top drawers only 2 inches deep; may not fit measuring cups

Amenities
- Minimal gym that disturbs neighbors after hours
- Garage parking has very narrow spots and is overpriced for Kirkland
- Slow garage doors controlled by consumer-grade radio fobs instead of proximity sensors and inductive access cards.
