Conclusion  

Bloom may be right for you, and some people seem to like it. My experience has been noteworthy in all the wrong ways and the lease buy-out clause is seemingly enforced in all circumstances.

The Thrive Communities Leadership Team website boasts the slogan, “Driven by the Irrational Pursuit of Excellence”. Folks, this is NOT excellence.

I hope this website and YouTube Channel piques your interest in improving Bloom Kirkland operationally and structurally. Additionally I am calling for a more proactive and forthcoming approach to property management. More ownership over your responsibilities as a property management company.
