Bloom may be right for you, and some people seem to like it. My experience has been noteworthy in all the wrong ways and the lease buy-out clause is seemingly enforced in all circumstances.

Moving is a big event and choosing the wrong location can be disruptive and costly. I hope my experience helps others make an informed decision.
